Lectures and Learnings

Day two:
Went to this interesting Symposium.
Learnt:
Soil needs phoshorus but bad for water
Spoke to some folks from Balance - a cooperative giving advice to farmers about fertilizer - they thought there might be a lack of current science knowledge in the private sector and farmers.  I said I didn't really understand some of the speakers and they agreed.
Communication is key - being able to convey complicated ideas in an easy way is an essential part of science.
