Personal Goals linked to the Programme Objectives STLP
Goal A: improve my knowledge and communication at my science research
organisation by listening and engaging with others, reading and becoming
more involved in the research and learning that is occurring.
Goal B: become an expert in the Nature of Science and the Science Capabilities
in order to be able to inspired, support and encourage others’ to teach
engaging authentic science.
Goal C: create a leadership plan that will provide greater collaboration and
staff input so that they become more invested and feel they have the support,
skills and dispositions to implement quality authentic science programmes.

awareness, leadership skills and attitudes in order to inspire and encourage
others in an empathic way to build their capacity to make changes to teaching
science.
